On May 1, 2007 Donated 3 vehicles and six motorcycles to the Ministry of Lands, Mines and Energy.
- Performed a comprehensive geological assessment of Liberia's diamond production capacity.
- Constructed the Government Diamond Office and furnished this complex with gemology equipment and office furnishings
- Provided training assistance for 3 Liberians evaluators staff in Kimberley, South Africa
- Provided training assistance for two Liberians diamond evaluators in Dubai
- Trained staff of the Ministry of Lands, Mines and Energy to manage ten regional offices
- Provided material and salary support to establishing ten regional offices throughout Liberia.
- Digitize and reproduced geological maps of Liberia
- Trained 16 Liberian staff in Stream Sediment Studies
- Trained 5 Liberians in GIS and remote imagery.
- Established a database application that includes both software and hardware for tracking diamond production and adherence to KPC requirement for acceptance into the KPC.
- Trained two Liberians in database application
- Produced 1000 KP certificates for used in the exportation of diamonds
- Provided salary support to five diamond evaluators.
