Application Forms For Non-immigrant Visas
American Embassies and Consulates worldwide are implementing a new procedure for applicants who wish to apply for tourist, student, or other non-immigrant visas to the United States. Beginning November 1st, 2006, applicants must complete the visa application form DS-156 on the internet using the Electronic Visa Application Form, or EVAF. The other required forms, DS-157 and DS-158, which are available on line or at the consular section, may still be filled in by hand.
